Please remember that there is no fee for cash or check transactions. There is a 4% fee for all in-person debit and credit card transactions. **You must provide 30 days’ written notification if you plan to withdraw from the program.** The non-refundable annual registration fee is due yearly on your anniversary of joining the program. It is reflected in your statement as a “future” fee. This fee is not expected until your anniversary month. If you leave the program beforehand, your account is deleted, and the fee is no longer due. Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. A $15.00 late fee will be assessed if payment is received after the 5th. The late fee will increase to $20.00 if payment is received after the 10th. You will be removed from class, and a suspension period will follow until tuition is paid in full. All activities, events, and competitions will be forfeited if your account is not in good standing. Please maintain communication and notify us in advance if you will be late, require a payment plan, or need a modified due date. The owner will gladly speak with you regarding your situation.
