Classes for girls
Girls
Beginner/Intermediate Gymnastics – 1 (Ages 5-7)
($95 per month)
MONDAY: 5:00-5:55pm , 6:00-6:55pm
TUESDAY: 4:30-5:25pm, 5:30-6:25pm, 6:30-7:25pm
Wednesday: 5:30-6:25pm, 6:30-7:25pm.
THURSDAY: 4:30-5:25pm, 5:30-6:25pm
This 55-minute class is for beginner and intermediate girls, ages 5 to 7. Students are taught skills on each of the four main Olympic events: vault, bars, balance beam, and floor, using USA Gymnastics skill progressions. Gymnasts warm-up for the first 15-minutes of each class, incorporating cardio, flexibility, and strength into their warm-up. The remainder of the class time is equally spent on trampoline, and two other events.

THURSDAY: 6:30-7:25pm, 7:30-8:25pm
This 55-minute class is for beginner and intermediate girls, ages 8-10. Girls Advanced Gymnastics -3 (Ages 5-7) ($95per month)
Girls who have achieved proficiency in the beginner/intermediate class will progress to this 55-minute long advanced class where they will be taught advanced skills on each event: vault, bars, balance beam and floor. The focus is advancing through the USA Gymnastics skill progressions. Additional equipment will be utilized, including the rod floor and tumble-track. Gymnasts warm-up for the first 15-minutes of each class, incorporating cardio, flexibility, and strength training. The remainder of the class time is equally spent on trampoline, and two other events.
