Birthday Parties

Stick It Gymnastics birthday parties are fun, safe, and challenging!
Children between the ages of 3-15 tumble and flip under the supervision of our expert instructors.
Children enjoy one hour of gymnastics and a half hour celebrating in the party room.
Your child will truly have an unforgettable birthday at Stick It Gymnastics !!!

PARTY SCHEDULE:
SATURDAYS: 2:00–3:45, 4:00–5:45, 6:00–7:45

SUNDAYS: 10:00–11:45, 12:00–1:45, 2:00-3:45, 4:00-5:45
Please call for weekdays and school breaks availibility

PRICES:

$50 for additional half hour in the party room or in the gym.
$5 each additional guest( over 20 kids)
Non Gym Members add $50
A $100 non -refundable deposit must be paid at the time of booking.

RULES AND POLICIES

At least one week before the party, you are required to call in the number of children that will be attending. Stick it staffing will be planned based on the number of children attending.
Birthday parties must begin and end on time participants should wait in the waiting area for the instructor relatives or friends who are not invited in the party are not permitted in the gym area.
No one is permitted to re-enter the gym after the gymnastics part of the party is over.
No shoes allowed on the gym floor.
No food or drink in the gym area.
No parents on the gym floor unless directed by the instructor
No adults (16 and older)are permitted on any of the equipment at any time
Please let us know about your decorations.
All participant parents/guardians must sign the release form on the invitation and present it to the gym staff at the time of the party.

THE PARTY – ARRIVAL

If you have a balance to pay, please pay before your party.
The host and guests of the party may arrive 10 minutes prior to the party start time.
As children arrive, ask the children to remove their socks and shoes, jewelry and any metal objects. they can place them in a cubby.
Please assemble in the party area/lobby and wait for the instructor to take the children to the floor.

IT’S TIME FOR GYMNASTICS

An instructor will escort the children out onto the floor to begin the gymnastics.
The party begins with a 10 minute warm up.
Various gymnastics events will be introduced to the children which include; obstacle course, trampoline, trapeze, rings, balance beams, swings and more.
For parties with children over 8 years old, the instructor has the option to allow 5-15 minutes of supervised free play time at the end of the one hour period..

PARTY TIME

At the end of the gymnastics hour, children and guests may celebrate in the designated party area for 45 minutes.

CHILDREN ARE NOT ALLOWED TO RE-ENTER THE GYM AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE PARTY.
